  • Hourly Rate: 35 €/hour
  • Minimum charge is 1 hour, after which time is billed in 30-minute increments.
  • In bad conditions (e.g., inconvenient time or weather): 45 €/hour.

Call-Out Fee by Area

  • Zone 1 (0–10 km from Keila): 0–15 €
  • Zone 2 (10–20 km from Keila): 15–30 €
  • Zone 3 (20–30 km from Keila): 30–45 €
  • Zone 4 (30–50 km from Keila): 45–60 €

Call-out fee includes: Travel and time costs to reach your location and provide the service.

Bad Conditions – Extra Charge

In bad conditions, the hourly rate is 45 €/hour. Bad conditions are considered to be:
  • Inconvenient time – late evening, night, early morning, public holidays, over 8 hours.
  • Weather conditions – heavy rain, snow, very cold temperatures.
  • Special working conditions – work at heights or in hard-to-reach areas that require additional equipment or safety measures.
For more information, ask for clarification if your working conditions fall under extra charge. Under normal conditions, the standard rate of 35 €/hour applies. A higher price is usually an exception.
